and now, trying to upload it before i hit the road, i've run into a few snags. this week, i've been stuck with just taking pictures with my cell phone and sending themselves to myself to get them uploaded. how do most of you upload your visuals of your art work? Do you scan it? Do you photograph it? Do you do any editing before uploading? Interested in any and all comments on the subject!
And don't forget to head over to Just Journals and Show and Tell Saturday and see what those amazing artists are doing this week!
Enjoy the weekend!!
Inspiring list!! :)
ReplyDeleteReally love your list! :) Great stuff to remember. I scan everyhing that fits in a scanner and usually crop and autofix. :) Nothing more.
ReplyDeleteOh my. I love your style! I want to play copy cat!
ReplyDeleteCute list!
ReplyDeleteI take pictures with my camera, then edit it on picnik.com. I find that's the easiest way! Scanning takes longer! Patsy from

I photo my art, then load on computer, crop, sometimes I adjust the lighting, then save as a smaller photo, then upload to my blog as smaller photo for ease of uploading and downloading for others. Some great advice there, espcially discover what you don't like. Ha.
ReplyDeleteI think a big sign with delicious posts.
ReplyDeleteGreat list, love all the colors. I typically photograph my artwork and then crop it before uploading it to my blog and etsy shop.
ReplyDeleteThis is just wonderful, and I would love to see it on a card!!! I almost always scan and then upload, but I usually take a photo as well, and occasionally they work out. I usually just pick which ever is best and do that, but for the work that I turn into prints and cards that I sell, I use a professional to scan them onto disc for me... it makes all the difference xx
ReplyDeleteI love this doodle! Thanks for following!
ReplyDeleteLove your lettering, wish I could be so beautiful with mine. Upload via camera and play with iphoto or photoshop. Thanks for visiting. xox Corrine

Nice. So attractive.
ReplyDeleteI find it easiest to take a photo then upload. Adjustments may sometimes be necessary to brighten up the photo.
What a great list! I agree totally and I love how you have created it just wonderful work hun. Dxx
ReplyDeleteLove the colors and your lettering - esp. the mixed fonts! I photograph my art and clean up my lighting in photoshop but sometimes I do a bit too far with the color adjustments...
ReplyDeleteWonderful list. Great advice! I take several pictures, edit and then upload. My stuff is usually too big for the scanner so I forget about it when I make something small enough!
ReplyDeleteI love this!!! So bright and colorful and positive - you are a girl after my own heart, thank you for the beautiful inspiration, xo
ReplyDeleteAnd so sorry to have taken so long to return the visit - I had a house full this weekend and I am just getting to play catch up - thank you for your sweet words, xo
I usually photograph. Sometimes scan..if the painting is on watercolor paper. I always photoshop because the photos never come out good right off the camera. It's a lot of work, but worth it.
ReplyDeletebeautiful list! I'm glad you're home!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. I love all the colors...and what a great list. :)
