I think these are lovely, but I can feel your pain when you don't capture a likeness of the individual. I keep telling myself that there is no magic, just hard work. We can practice together.
Yup - Harrison Ford, for sure. It's a great drawing and a good likeness (assuming, of course, that this was who you wanted to draw, of course). Welcome to EDM - as for posting "less than perfect", if you ever figure out how to post "perfect" let me know. My mantra is that perfect is boring anyway.
What a brilliant face full of character..aaahhh wish i could draw like that! Poppedon over from Just Journals. Hugs Tracy http://queeniesscrapmad.blogspot.com/

ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely brilliant. Great detail and shading. I'm SO locing the faces floating around the bloggie world lately. Hee :)

ReplyDeleteMuch better than I would have done. And, as Dan said, "Perfect is boring." It's a good sketch in my humble opinion.
ReplyDeletewow that's a wonderful sketch of Harrison Ford. It's good that you keep sketching to the finest details of a portrait.
ReplyDeleteGreat sketch, full of interesting detail and good shading!
ReplyDeleteNice work! And I could tell it's Harrison Ford =) You got all the details right

ReplyDeleteGreat portrait! I was about to say the same when I saw Dan's comment and so I just echo him:
